You will notice with the PondoVac 3 that there is a section on the tube which is transparent which means you have control of the flow through.  The transport rollers makes moving the unit around the pond or house extremely easy, especially with the adjustable handle.

Removing the waste water couldn't be easier, simply aim the discharge pipe to a flower bed or drain and let the water run away.
