RETURN OF GOODS
Unless Customer shall, within 24 hours after delivery, inspect the Products and notify Manor Koi, in writing, of any defects found, the Products shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery.  If the customer is not satisfied with the goods for whatever reason, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement, refund or gift certificate.  Goods must be returned in the condition received.  Damages, faulty goods, or loss/shortage in transit must be notified to Manor Koi within seven days of receipt or expected receipt of order, and if the fault was due to Manor Koi or it's suppliers, Manor Koi will also reimburse the customer any reasonable costs in returning the goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION
The customer may cancel their order either by our online [CONTACT] form or by calling 01268 726 337.  If the order has already been dispatched, then you will need to return the products to Manor Koi within 7 days of receipt of goods in the condition received.  The customer must follow the procedure detailed in clause 10 for return of goods.  Refund of the order will be made within 2 working days of receiving your cancellation, or within 2 working days of receipt of returned goods at Manor Koi in cases where the order has already been dispatched.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN WITHIN GUaRANTEE PERIOD
Please contact Manor Koi to return any item that is faulty within the guarantee period, please ensure that all items are packaged securely and include a brief note of fault, return address and proof of purchase.

Manor Koi reserve the right to repair or replace falty or damaged goods.

GOODS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REPAIRED WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

Any unwanted items that you wish to return must be returned within 7 days of purchase in an unused condition in original packaging and condition and will be subject to a 20% handling charge.
Special order items will not be accepted for return.

Manor Koi limited denies any liability for for subsequent loss or expense caused by faulty goods or delays in delivery.
